What is a Palworld breeding calculator?

A Palworld breeding calculator answers the two questions players ask most: “What egg do these parents make?” and “Which parents can produce this Pal?” Under the hood, most pairs use each Pal’s hidden breeding power (CombiRank): average the parents, then pick the closest match. Unique fusion pairs override that formula.

This free browser pal breeding calculator (also searched as pal calculator, breeding calculator palworld, and palworld breed calculator) runs entirely client-side — no login, no server round-trip. Pick parents or a target and results update instantly.

Looking for a palworld breeding calculator 1.0 / palworld 1.0 breeding calculator / breeding calculator palworld 1.0 after the rank reshuffle? This dataset follows post-1.0 CombiRank values. Same for “pal world breeding calculator” and “pal world breeding calculator 1.0” spellings — the pair math is identical.

Use the tabs above for pair finder, reverse lookup, and chain breeding. Cake still costs time in-game; checking combos here first avoids wasted eggs.

How to use this breeding calculator

  1. 1

    Parents → Child

Select Parent A and Parent B. The tool returns the child Pal, breeding power used, and whether the pair is a unique combo.

  2. 2

    Child → Parents

Pick a target like Anubis. Browse every listed parent pair, with unique combos sorted first so easy routes stand out.

  3. 3

    Breeding path

Choose a Pal you already have and a goal Pal. The path finder searches a short chain of intermediate breeds (up to five steps).

  4. 4

    Confirm before Cake

Scroll to How to breed for the farm loop, then verify the pair in the calculator so you do not waste eggs.

Who uses this Palworld breeding calculator

Built for players who need a clear egg answer before the next Cake — whether you are learning the farm or planning a 1.0 bloodline.

  • New breeders

Learning how to breed in Palworld and want a clear parents → child result before unlocking long farm loops.

  • Combo hunters

Chasing unique fusions and reverse lookups — what parents make Anubis, and which combos are worth the Cake.

  • 1.0 veterans

Returning after the rank reshuffle and need updated breeding powers instead of broken Early Access sheets.

  • Path planners

Already own mid-tier Pals and want a short chain breeding route to a goal species without guessing intermediates.

Why use this Palworld breeding calculator

Pair math, reverse lookup, and short breeding paths — one free browser tool built around the 1.0 ranks.

  • Three modes, one page

Parents → Child, Child → Parents, and Breeding Path share the same 1.0 dataset. No tab-hopping across other sites.

  • Updated for Palworld 1.0

CombiRank values follow the post-1.0 reshuffle so your egg predictions match current breeding power — not outdated EA ranks.

  • Runs in your browser

No account, no upload, no wait. Pick two Pals or a target and results appear instantly on a static client-side tool.

  • Unique combos first

Reverse lookup sorts fusion overrides ahead of average-power noise, so farmable Anubis-style routes stand out faster.

  • Local favorites

Star the Pals you keep using. Favorites stay on this device so your next breeding session starts from known stock.

  • Shareable path PNG

Export a Breeding Path card when you want a quick visual checklist for your base — labels, numbers, and partners included.

Palworld breeding guide (1.0)

Palworld 1.0 reshuffled breeding powers for returning Pals. Old Early Access spreadsheets and calculators can point at the wrong child. Use an updated palworld breeding calculator 1.0 whenever a patch notes breeding changes.

Most pairs compute roughly floor((parentAPower + parentBPower + 1) / 2), then assign the Pal whose CombiRank is closest to that average. Lower ranks tend to be rarer. Same-species pairs usually reproduce themselves.

Some fusion Pals ignore the average and require fixed parents (classic routes into Anubis). Search demand for palworld breeding combos and breeding combinations maps to the Child → Parents tab — unique pairs are listed first when the dataset includes them.

Chain breeding moves a bloodline across species. Start from a Pal you own, pick a goal, and use the Breeding Path tab for a short intermediate sequence. Deep passive projects still need many eggs — plan Cake production first.

How to breed in Palworld

Unlock the Breeding Farm in the technology tree once you meet the Ancient Technology / level requirements for your version, then craft it with basic building materials (typically wood, stone, and fiber). Place it in a powered base with room for two Pals and item access.

Place one male and one female Pal in the farm and supply Cake. Each egg generally costs one Cake. Automate wheat, milk, eggs, berries, and honey so long breeding projects do not stall. Move eggs to an incubator — temperature and world settings affect hatch time.

Before you commit Cake, open the Parents → Child tab above and confirm the child species. That habit answers “what do I get after breeding X and Y” without wasting a farm cycle.

Anubis is a frequent work Pal goal. Use Child → Parents on Anubis to list combos, including unique pairs when available, then path from Pals you already caught.

How Palworld breeding works (1.0)

Each Pal has a breeding power. For a normal pair, the game takes roughly floor((parentA + parentB + 1) / 2) and assigns the Pal whose power is closest to that average. Lower power usually means rarer or stronger Pals.

Unique combinations ignore the average and always yield a specific child (for example classic Anubis routes). Legendary and certain raid-only Pals may be restricted to same-species breeding or capture — the calculator respects ignore/combi flags in the dataset.

Passive skills and IVs inherit separately from species. This MVP focuses on species outcomes; passive planners can come later without changing the core pair math.

When to use this breeding calculator

  • Before spending Cake

Check the egg result so you do not burn farm time on the wrong pair.

  • Target farming

Reverse lookup lists parents for Anubis and other work-horse Pals so you can start from what you already caught.

  • Chain breeding

Move a bloodline toward a goal Pal with the shortest path tab instead of guessing intermediate species.

  • 1.0 rank check

Old EA spreadsheets broke after the 1.0 power reset — use an updated calculator when guides disagree.

Palworld Breeding Calculator FAQ

What does this Palworld breeding calculator do?
Three modes on one page: Parents → Child predicts the egg from two Pals, Child → Parents lists combos for a target, and Breeding Path finds a short chain from a Pal you own to a goal species.
Is this breeding calculator updated for Palworld 1.0?
Yes. The dataset uses post-1.0 CombiRank values, then applies the average-power formula with unique fusion overrides. Re-check after patches if Pocketpair changes breeding ranks again.
How do I find parents for Anubis (or another target) here?
Open the Child → Parents tab, pick the target Pal, and browse the listed pairs. Unique fusion combos are sorted first when the dataset includes them.
How does Breeding Path work in this tool?
Set a start Pal and a goal Pal. The path finder searches intermediate breeds up to five steps and shows partners along the way. Longer bloodline projects still need planning beyond that limit.
Do I need an account to use this pal calculator?
No. Pair math, reverse lookup, and path search run entirely in your browser from a static dataset. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
What are Favorites for?
Star Pals you use often. Favorites stay in this browser’s local storage so you can re-apply them to calculator slots without searching again.
Can I download a breeding path image?
Yes. On the Breeding Path tab, use Download PNG to export a shareable card of the route (species, numbers, and partners).

No. This is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pocketpair or Palworld.
